This addresses the build of a dependency of conan:

 /usr/lib/python2.7/distutils/dist.py:267: UserWarning: Unknown distribution option: 'python_requires'
warnings.warn(msg)
error in isort setup command: 'install_requires' must be a string or list of strings containing valid project/version requirement specifiers
