- Update to GCC 11.2.0
- Update crosstool-ng
- Fix FATAL: kernel too old with static build and QEMU (Down minimal kernel to 5.4.0, works on Ubuntu 20.04, debian 11 and Raspberry Pi OS after 2020-08-20)
