Waiting we address the timeout of command after 120min when using
parallel containers, this reverts commit e120e36824, reversing
changes made to 6a4826a8df.

ci: Enable parallel build using circleci-matrix
The base image is built on the container 0. In the mean time, the other
containers wait for the base image to be ready.
