Backport install-gosu-binary-wrapper from dockbuid
...
To ensure that our custom sudo wrapper is not
overwritten by a future re-install of sudo, it
is created in /usr/loca/bin

web-wasm: Rename image from browser-asmjs

WebAssembly has a better mindshare than asm.js. In the future, it will
be used in much more than browsers. Also, newer versions of Emscripten
default to WebAssembly.
